JF-MP Bearing

JF-MP friction-welded bimetal bearing

JFMP is a key part of engineering machinery, which is made of bimetal rolling bearing and bimetal thrust washer by friction fusion welding. The product adopts copper alloy at the sliding part in contact with the shaft, which can provide good lubrication and protection to the shaft during use. The backing uses steel, which has stronger bearing capacity and further reduces material costs.

Structure: Rolled bimetal bushing- bimetal thrust washer forms a flange bushing by friction fusion welding.

Feature
1.Copper alloy is adopted at the sliding part in contact with the shaft, which can provide good lubrication and protection to the shaft
2.Steel back has stronger bearing capacity and reduces material costs.

Application:
1.The product can bear axial and radial loads at the same time when it is in use. It is suitable for medium/low-speed and high-load rotation, swing and other occasions.
2.Chassis parts of all kinds of construction machinery, such as track roller, carrier roller, idler of bulldozers, excavators and wheel loader.
